Living Well beyond Retirement: Take part in Eden District Council Survey on-line

Eden District Council has a Scrutiny Committee which investigates the Council's own Services and those of other organisations, and carries out reviews into issues of public concern. One of the jobs is to make sure that the council and other organisations in the District are delivering services people want, and to the standard they expect. Members of the public can attend scrutiny committee meetings and 'have their say' in the discussions.
The services for the elderly review group is carrying out investigations on and off-line to assess the quality of life of older people (60 plus) and consider improvements based on feedback.
Quality of Life is about being able to enjoy life and having the services and facilities which will help people to do this.
Using the on-line questionnaire, the council would like your thoughts on this important topic, so that we can focus on the things which really make a difference to our older residents. The link to the on-line questionnaire is also available via the council’s ‘Consultation Timetable’ in the ‘Have your Say’ section under ‘Democracy’ on the Council web-page at www.eden.gov.uk Contact for Further Information
