USE THE VILLAGE HALL EASY FUNDRAISING WHEN YOU DO CHRISTMAS SHOPPING ON LINE - ALL YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING CAN BENEFIT THE VILLAGE HALL AT NO COST OR HASSLE FOR YOU!
The Easyfundraising scheme has been running for about two years and has so raised over £500 for the Village Hall revitalisation fund. However, we need more members to join the scheme and use it when they buy things over the internet - this could be a great time to do this, with Christmas coming up. All the usual internet and High Street retailers are involved in the scheme. Every time you buy presents, books, food, drink, holidays, hotels, restaurants, furniture/appliances, travel, insurance, computers, stationery, etc. you could generate a small commission for our fund at absolutely no cost to yourself at all.
REGISTRATION IS FREE AND EASY…All you have to do is go to the website http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/tvhrf (NB the tvhrf stands for “Threlkeld Village Hall Revitalisation Fund”). This takes you to our own scheme home page. Click on “Yes” you want to register. Then enter your name, email address and your own made up password. No credit card details or anything like that are needed. That’s all – it takes about 30 seconds!
Once you have set this up, create an internet shortcut on your desktop (by right clicking and then clicking on “create shortcut”). This means you can in future go straight to this website and get shopping at once.
When you are logged on, just select what you want to buy, and make purchases in exactly the same way as you would if you logged onto the retailer’s website in the normal way. (You can easily compare prices among retailers if you want). You are given a long list of retailers to choose from - also note that if you qualify for other discounts, Nectar points, etc., you can still get them automatically even if you log on to a retailer via Easyfundraising.
GET REGISTERED NOW - AND WHEN REGISTERED MAKE SURE YOU USE EASYFUNDRAISING EVERY TIME YOU BUY ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET.
